MagnaPanel Incorporated warrants the high-strength magnets in these hardware kits to be free from any defects due to faulty materials or workmanship for a period of ten (10) years from the purchase date.

We make every effort to provide our customers 100% complete satisfaction. On receiving either of these kits, if you discover any defects with our products, contact us immediately for a replacement.

MagnaPanel is not responsible for damage arising from misuse of our products, or for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts and/or do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental damages, so the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
